EJA

EJA

Sonnet CLXVI

Dance in my dream, and let feet speak loudest
Give voice to rhyme that lifts life to new height;
Where hope listens and joy rings the proudest,
And smiles beguile the heav’ns, bringing fresh sight.

For now is where wonders would awaken,
Maintaining power of such miracles,
That all who see will not be mistaken,
And take love that’s real, to reach pinnacles

That bind thy intimate soul, unto thee.
Bells peel at the adored union converging;
So thine heart open wide shall in me see,
Infinite wisdom’s world tis emerging.
Dance maiden gay, this world thou art purging,
Live anew, for thine love tis resurging.
